In 2020 Mara + Co-Principal Rosalia Marasco pursued her passion in real estate by opening her new office in Edgecliff amid a pandemic. “I have always been passionate about building my own business and a team that shares the Mara + Co core values of acting honestly, with integrity and respecting the views and values of others. I felt that Covid gave me the impetus to start fresh and create something better and rewarding. Building a business during Covid made me resilient and determined and it has paid off with some incredible sales, relationships and achievements.”

Having worked in corporate roles for several years, Rosalia understands what it takes to appeal to the right buyers, negotiate and close a deal. Effortlessly mixing her strong market knowledge, focused work ethic and friendly, approachable nature, Rosalia is fast attracting a loyal following in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs.

Rosalia is a graduate from the University of Technology Sydney with a degree in Business with a major in Economics. She is a supporter of the arts, a foundation member of the Art Gallery of NSW and the Women’s Art Group.
